Town Square Investment the developer of the premium mixed use project The Square at Al Mamzar Dubai, is announcing that occupancy of its residences has reached 98%. The Square is mixed-use, integrated community development, which consists of 544 apartments, 135 office units, 95,000 sqft of retail space and the 180 key Movenpick Hotel and Residences.

Omniyat Properties announces completion of first phase...

Omniyat Properties, one of the region’s most innovative developers, has announced the completion of first phase construction work on Dubai’s AAA-rated commercial and retail tower, The Opus. Construction of the iconic Dhs1.7bn development is well into its second stage with Brookfield Multiplex, the main contractor, recently erecting the four large capacity tower cranes for the project with two levels of basement already complete.
