Lakeside Residence is being built as one of the many free hold towers located at the Jumeirah Lake Towers, which is opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Emirates Golf Club. It is building A3 in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers and was designed by architects Cadiz International.

Lakeside Residence will be a AED 330 million (US$ 81.7 million), 129-meter (425 feet), 34-storey tower with 358 freehold units. Its 226 one-bedroom apartments will range from 732 to 904 square feet (68 to 84 square meters) and its 132 two-bedroom apartments from 1,098 to 1,356 square feet (102 to 126 square meters).

Amenities at Lakeside Residence will include high speed elevators, amenity deck on the 15th floor, 24-hour security, prayer hall, 4-level basement parking, recreation area with gymnasium and swimming pool, and function hall.

Emirates Islamic Bank is offering home finance for 85% of the property with a re-payment period of up to 20 years. Mashreqbank is also offering home finance for Lake side Residence.
