MAG 218 Tower is being built as one of the many freehold residential towers located at the Dubai
Marina , which is opposite to the Jumeirah
Lake Towers and next to the Dubai Media City. The tower was designed by Dar Al-Handasah and will be located next to the Marina Pinnacle and the Marina Heights.
MAG 218 Tower will cover an area of 36,887 square feet (3,427 square meters) and the 66-storey tower will contain a total of 330 one-bedroom and 220 two-bedroom units. The units of the AED 350 million (USD 95.3 million) tower will range from 78 to 167 square meters (840 to 1,798 square feet).
